How your information is used
Exchange Driving Tests only collects the minimum information needed to check for possible learner-to-learner test date exchanges.
What we collect
First name, email address, optional phone number, current test centre, current test date/time, test type, desired date range, alternative centres and consent confirmations.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for DVSA login details, driving licence numbers, theory certificate numbers, home addresses, card/payment details or money for a swap.
Where data is stored
Submitted listings are stored in a private Google Sheet/Google Drive account connected to the website form using Google Apps Script. Netlify hosts the website and Cloudflare is used for DNS/security/email routing.
How long information is kept
Active learner listings are kept while useful for matching, then deleted or anonymised within 6 months. Expired, withdrawn or completed listings are deleted or anonymised within 30 days once no longer needed. Email enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond.
Sharing details
Details are not shown publicly. If there may be a compatible match, both learners are contacted separately first. Details are not shared unless both learners agree.

Seen a scam or worried about a listing?
Email hello@exchangedrivingtests.co.uk. We review concerns manually. If you believe money has been taken or you have been scammed, report it through the appropriate official fraud channels as well.
